About
Ashwin Shetty is the founder of MBB Prep. Ashwin failed his initial consulting internship interviews.
After that rejection, Ashwin sought guidance from a Bain Partner who gave him a game-changing insight: “You're doing random case practice instead of building real consulting skills.”
That shift in approach landed him the Bain offer. He went on to spend 15+ years working in strategy consulting as a Bain Manager, Deloitte Director, and Strategy Leader at Goldman Sachs. He conducted over 200 interviews at Bain and Deloitte, giving him insider knowledge of what firms actually look for.
Now, through his coaching, Ashwin helps professionals avoid the mistakes he made. Focusing on skill-building, not on memorization or pattern recognition through case volume.
